Justin is one of the co-founders of ted Education and a qualified teacher.
A background in Retail Customer Service Management led Justin into a college teaching career, focusing on teaching managerial and service-based skills to the next generation of retailers, inspiring him to co-found ted Learning, a training company determined to banish the boring and make learning fun.
Passionate about Equality & Diversity and fair treatment for all, Justin is the driver behind the development of our unique, theatre-based Inclusion products, and he loves to ‘keep his hand in’ delivering these when his schedule permits.
Justin decided to create ted Education as a spin off-brand from ted Learning when we started getting schools asking for our training but wanting it specifically tailored to an educational setting. ted Education is all about banishing boring and creating learning that teachers, academics and support staff feel is relevant to them and adds value.

Brand Ambassador for ted across the businesses we run, working with each of the Managing Directors to ensure everything we do is Dramatically Different, Engaging & Fun. Responsible for the strategic direction of the Group.
Executive Director – Delivery, Operations & HR
Board Director for Quantet Group responsible for managing the Group Learning Director, Brand Director of ted Learning, HR Manager and working with Managing Director of Digital to deliver blended learning products. Oversaw the development of the curriculum and brought in the training team from ted Learning that was recognised by OFSTED as a Grade 2 for engaging learners.

Responsible for delivery, marketing, brand and digital learning. Expert in delivering and designing Equality & Diversity, ILM Level 3 and Level 4, Management and Customer Service training.

Brought in on contract to establish L&D department, this role grew to design and develop all courses for 800 + head office staff based over two sites.
